STORE RETURN POLICY

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn regular price merchandise within 10 days of purchase.

Effective May 1, 2019: any in-store regular price purchase ordered from another retail store/warehouse location will match our online and catalog return policy of 30 days from the date the purchase was made.


Regular price handbags must be in original condition with original tags attached for a refund/exchange.

Regular price purchases made online or through our customer service department can be returned or exchanged at our retail stores. Retail stores do not accept returns on sale/clearance purchases.

All refunds/exchanges require an original or digital sales receipt.

A credit card purchase will be credited to the original card used to make the purchase.
A purchase paid for by check will be refunded by mail check from our Corporate Office within approximately 14 days. Cash refunds over $100 will be refunded by check through mail from our corporate office within approximately 14 days.


Sale & Clearance merchandise are final sale but may be exchanged for equal or greater value within 10 days of receiving the merchandise, no refunds.

Special occasion bags, hats, hosiery and jewelry are a final sale and not eligible for returns/exchanges.
