Great, but runs smallI normally take size 8.5 AAAA, but in these Serene flats I take size 9 with the exception of the navy color. There's something wrong with the vendor who makes the navy. I have to go up to a 9.5 AAAA. Other than that, it 's a great run around shoe to wear with skinny jeans. I can even wear them to work during business casual days with slim khaki pants.

Versatile Travel Shoe - The Best!!VANELi Serene is such an excellent shoe I wore it out walking in France. I ordered another pair because this shoe was so well made it lasted 3 years living in France. I wore this with pants, skirts and dresses from casual to semi-casual. Love it and a fraction of the price for some similar flats. And they come in NARROW - Thank you Marmi my go to narrow quality online shoe store.

Great shoeThis is the second pair that I ordered. Shoe fits great. I usually wear a 10AAA. I find Vaneli runs narrow so I ordered a 10AA. It fits perfect.
I love ordering from Marmis Shoes since slim shoes are so hard to find.

Perfect Go To Shoe!Love this fit! It is always hard to find a comfy ballet flat for my wide foot, but this was the perfect fit. Love the color options it comes in!

Perfect FitJust received these the other day. Love....Love ...Love the shoe. I normally wear a 10 AAA. I ordered and 10 AA and fits perfect. I do find that Vaneli does run narrow. It was to my advantage because they do not always have AAA

Tried and failedThese are great shoes and I tried everything to find a pair that would fit. They run short so I ordered up a 1/2 size. They were too wide. I got the same size in a narrower shoe. They were too short again. I give up, but customer service gets ALL FIVE *****

To keep or not to keep?I wear an 8.5 S in Vaneli, but as others have stated Serene runs short. With assistance from Marmi, I ordered the 9 S. The length is good, but at the detriment of the width. Should I return for the SS? Keep, as is? Send them back? Hope they don't stretch? That is the question. For all who are thinking about ordering this shoe, my hope is that this rather in-depth review will prove helpful in making a decision. It's as someone else noted, a really cute, go-with-anything flat, that emulates Chanel.

nice looking shoe in pewterShoe is darker than what shows on the computer site. I like the neutral color for 12 months in the south.
I wear a narrow and like the elastic around the top which helps to keep it closer to my foot. Tired, tho,
of the quilted look but like the color so will keep the shoes. -
ExcellentThe vaneli serene is my most favorite shoes. I have to stand and walk long periods of time. With these shoes my feet are comfortable and relaxed all day. I hope they never leave us. Also there are choices of color.

Go to shoe!This style of shoe is my go to! If you aren’t sure pick these... I wear them with almost anything.. I have 4 or 5 colors in this style... I wish vaneli would do more colors in this style like they used to.. The sunny yellow leather is and was one of my favorites for a pop of color with navy.

My absolute favorite shoeI just came to the website for the first time looking to replace these shoes and I am beyond glad that they are still made! I have had my pair for about 5 years and they are for sure my most worn shoe. So comfortable, durable, and cute with any outfit.

Great ShoeI have purchased four pair of these shoes. With age, my feet have changed and become narrow and more difficult to fit. These shoes have padding and support on the bottom of the foot. I have not been able to find other shoes that are this comfortable except one other Vaneli flat. I like the elastic around the edge that helps the shoe fit nicely. Please keep making this style. Vaneli is a fabulous shoe for narrow feet. Thank you Vaneli. I would be barefoot without you.

The best!These are the only ballerina flats that fit my funky feet properly. I live in them! Love the rounded toe - no squishing - and the arch support. Wish VanEli made in non-metallic beige or taupe with matching color toe caps.
